Karteesh Reddy Madgula holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from CBIT, Hyderabad, and a Master’s in Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. With over 17 years of experience across hospitality, healthcare, and real estate, he combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to deliver projects that integrate design excellence, sustainability, and innovation. Known for his customer-first approach and long-term perspective, Karteesh focuses on creating developments and hospitality ventures that offer enduring value and memorable experiences.
Having a major in law, he has been working in the real estate industry for over 27 years. His extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry landed him at GHR. He works relentlessly to lay a solid foundation for the organization, thereby taking the brand to the next level of growth and innovation.
Rohit Reddy, combines U.S. real estate experience with global education from Pepperdine & UCLA. At 27, he drives strategy and design, shaping Hyderabad’s skyline with a blend of global and local insights.
